Anxiety

You’re not alone.

Approximately 40 million American adults ages 18 and older have an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders frequently co-occur with depressive disorders or substance abuse. Women are 60% more likely to experience anxiety over their lifetime when compared to men. Often, anxiety peaks in early adulthood and continues beyond middle age.[1]
